Chatham Schools Superintendent, Robert Logan, speaks to vigil crowd

The Coalition for Family Peace held its 13th annual Domestic Violence Awareness Vigil yesterday evening at the Siler City Town Hall. Robert Logan, Schools Superintendent, spoke about the work of Family Violence & Rape Crisis Services and the importance of looking for signs of dating violence in young adults. Sisters’ Voices, a local girls choir, sang two selections for the crowd of nearly 100. The program concluded with a memorial candle lighting for all the women and children who have fallen victim to domestic violence in Chatham County.
